We are now feeling vindicated, Dear Hearts, indeed we are. And why is this? Recently, a video from a well respected geneticist and scientific research professional, Dr David Sinclair, of Harvard University fame came to conclusions based upon years of study, research and clinical trials to prove many of the points we have been talking about for many years.
Are we exhilarated by this? Indeed we are, Dear Hearts; even though not surprising to us, no indeed. And why do we say this? We say this because all things are known, including the work of Dr David Sinclair and his associates.
Indeed, all disease will, in time, be overcome heralding the arrival of backwards ageing for all, eventually. However, Dear Hearts, do not hold your breath; this will take some good time before this is available.
In the meantime, we advise you to do as our dearest Carolyn has been doing ‘consciously’ for the past decade. And what is that? Our dearest has been working upon ridding herself of fear; indeed this is true. She, our dearest, has also been investing in her health by exercising, eating nutritious foods and avoiding, as much as possible those foods, environments, and lack of joy that accumulate and bring harm.
The outcome: Backwards Ageing – that is correct Dear Hearts. Not rocket science, as our dearest suggests.
Our dearest is urging us to talk about the fact of healthy living, particularly within our minds, as being the one obvious issue our scientists are missing.
Oh yes, dearest, this is true. However, in time, and at the appropriate time our scientists will ensure this arm of ultimate health will be realised. Freedom from fear is the missing arm, to date. Never fear, dearest; all in good time.
Many Blessings to All

For those who have yet to read our three Free PDF Downloads, we welcome you to do so. We speak about our lives as spirit/consciousness, our current happenings as well as our predetermined future. We are Consciousness, Dear Hearts. That’s right. We, and you, and all that you see, Dear Heart, are a Consciousness.
it makes so much sense, it’s amazing what we can all do.
Gary, David Sinclair, his team (plus other scientists) are making such enormous strides in this field. It’s so exciting to think that we, the human race, may be closer to a more healthful lifestyle than we have imagined (for those of us who are open to these new discoveries). Doesn’t negate the responsibility to ourselves to engage in healthy practices of exercise, healthy eating, etc. But, wow, the future sure looks in good hands, at least in this arena!
Congratulations to the CCC on your vindication. Your posts over the years have been courageous Thank you for sharing the link—I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would love the opportunity to be involved in a trial.
I believe the mind plays a significant role in the development of disease. It will be fascinating to see how science eventually explains the biological links.
Count me in to backwards ageing !🤸♀️
Stayed tuned, Catherine. If you think we have been ‘courageous’ – you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. I do believe we’ll be offering more soon that may seem, to some – courageous, but, are just comments The C.C. have made in regard future events to me over the years – even going back decades!
The epigenome (the master controller of our genes) appears to be the culprit. It, apparently, loses the information needed to keep our genes doing their best. This is caused by many factors. Bumps, such as those damages caused when we inadvertently hurt, or are hurt by accidents – head bumps, especially to sports people for instance, car accidents and the like that damage our bodies, to everyday bumps and upsets to the body. Then there’s eating a poor diet, not exercising – many possible bodily damages. Over time the damage is done… The master controller loses the information needed to keep our bodies in tip top condition – hence; ageing. So interesting!
I can’t wait for your next posts! The epigenome is something I’d never even heard of before, but the more I learn about it, the more it seems to make sense. The idea that it helps turn genes on and off, and that changes in those instructions may contribute to ageing, is really fascinating.
I’d certainly like an epigenome supplement if scientists ever develop one—especially after the recent concussion I had ! 🤪I suppose all we can do is keep looking after ourselves.
“I suppose all we can do is keep looking after ourselves.“
Yes, it makes more sense the more we know and learn. I’m finding that (learning) is more and more demystifying and making this information truly grounding, sensible and ‘real’. No more wondering about the causes of illness, and therefore, ageing.
It certainly has changed my thinking about remaining as healthy as possible, which I’ve always tried to do. Now, armed with this scientifically proven knowledge, it is imperative to continue and deepen this stance toward – ‘looking after ourselves’.
So good to read your comments.
Exactly! Yes, the more we learn, the more motivated we become—well, that’s certainly true for me anyway. I haven’t always looked after myself very well or put myself first, but now… look out!! 😊
And if fear isn’t part of the equation, perhaps it creates a healthier environment for our cells to function and repair, supporting healthy new cell growth. That’s a pretty motivating thought too.
