Would You Care to Talk?

We are here, Dearest. Would you care to talk?

Yes I would care to talk. What shall we talk about?

Anything your little heart desires, dearest.

In that case, my little heart is open to whatever comes…

Indeed. You do not have an issue you’d like to discuss?

Not currently, no.

In that case, dearest we shall begin. Yes?

Yes indeed. Please go ahead…

An issue currently needing your concern, dearest, is the variety of interests currently consuming. Yes?

If you are referring to the many interests I am enjoying of late – yes, this is certainly the case. Is there a problem with this?

Not in the least, dearest, no. We encourage all and sundry to have multiple interests, such as you.

Then why do you wish to speak about this as an issue needing my concern?

A term of speech, dearest, to get the momentum moving, so to speak. Without multiple interests the mind and body can withdraw into itself. This condition, albeit soothing for a short period, can be the downfall for many.

Yes, I have found that to be true for me. There are times when withdrawal from the world can be rejuvenating. However, to remain in that state can become quite boring.

And this is the case in point of our communique. Without multiple interests, the mind and body atrophy – they wither away, dearest.

I can’t see that happening to me – well, hopefully not. I have interests regarding optimal health that keep me eating well, exercising, socialising, keeping up with worldly events, family interests, listening to podcasts of interests, watching ‘some’ TV programmes such as Australian Idol and some cooking shows. Then there’s WordPress – even though my interest has waned a little of late, I’ve enjoyed communicating via this medium for many years. Of late, though, ‘not’ participating as much as usual has been quite pleasant too, and has brought other interests into my life – all things in their time…

Indeed yes, dearest; all things in their time! There is a time for coming – there is a time for going. Yes?

Yes.

Many Blessings, Dearest.

For those who have yet to read our three Free PDF Downloads, we welcome you to do so. We speak about our lives as spirit/consciousness, our current happenings as well as our predetermined future. We are Consciousness, Dear Hearts. That’s right. We, and you, and all that you see, Dear Heart, are a Consciousness.

    1. I’ve always just ‘walked’ – at a rhythm that suits my energy levels at that time!
However, The C.C. suggest taking it easy at first, then speeding up a little before reducing your speed toward the end of your walk. This is suggested for you – for now.

Happy walking. I’m loving that you have started walking more. More power to you… 🤗

    1. Charlee, these gorgeous Rainbow Lorikeets grace the skies in our Australian landscape.

Lulu, You are right; not pigeons. These parrots are quite spectacular in colour, though they have a screech that would frighten any self respecting pussy-chat – except Charlee, of course… From Charlee, and you, Lulu, I’m sure they’d runnnnnnn…..

  1. I enjoyed reading this post and thinking explicitly about the importance of multiple interests, As you noted some interests tend to wax and wane over time – and that’s okay.

    1. Waxing and waning has been the case for Keith and I, particularly in the ‘dancing’ sphere. Currently, we are enjoying returning to the dance floor now that Keith’s knee is on the improve! It’s lovely to be enjoying, not only ‘the dance’, but also the company – we have some very good friends in that realm… So yes, the importance of many and varied interests is so important to our overall well-being. I know now that to ‘go within’ or to ‘isolate’ ourselves for too long can be so detrimental…

        1. Yes, Sheryl, it’s been quite wonderful this year. For the past couple of months we’ve been to a weekend dance (either Friday or Saturday night, or Sunday afternoon) – we are spoiled for great dances, and fabulous dancers (friends). Keith’s knee is doing well. Fingers crossed, it remains so!
