Cheese – Another Update

An excerpt from my previous update – “It’s been eight weeks since The C.C. (The Collective Consciousness) advised it would be wise for me to consume up to 90 grams of cheese daily, primarily for its mineral content – calcium. (A DEXA scan had announced the need I had for this particular mineral to help mineralise my bone density.)”

In it I posted that I had been eating up to 80grams of U.K. hard cheese every day for those eight weeks. This I did with great joy – I hadn’t eaten cheese for many a year; and cheese had been a favourite ingredient in many recipes. The reason for foregoing this scrumptious food was because it created mucus within me, particularly in my throat and chest. Over the eight weeks of eating cheese, I marvelled at the result – no mucus.

However, two days after posting the update, the need to ‘clear my throat’ returned. I immediately cut down to half the amount I’d been eating; approximately to 40 grams/day. The throat clearing cleared…

A few days later I am now consuming approximately 50 grams of the hard U.K. cheese/day with absolutely no mucus in sight.

I feel quite overjoyed with this result. Hopefully, I’ll be able to maintain this amount (or higher) with no mucus being created. I will know, by the result, if I am overconsuming. As The C.C. pointed out – overconsumption was the reason the mucus had been created. Now ‘mucus’ becomes my yardstick.

    1. Exactly what I am thinking! I love being more and more in command of ‘things’…
I never would have guessed that the ‘overconsumption’ of cheese was causing the mucus. Mind you, Dorothy, I have needed, firstly, to slimline my diet to the point of removing anything not healthful. It’s been quite the journey…

        1. Such a shame, I’m sure the Vermont cheese would be delicious.
I enjoy goat cheese too. For the moment though I’ll stay with what is working.
          Happy eating 🤗
