Episode 35 – Who Am I?

This, Dear Hearts, is a question that each must ask of themselves. With experience and time this question will garner many different answers. However, Dear Ones, the purpose of this question is to ascertain an understanding of yourself throughout your life. Only with this understanding will you be  able to direct your life appropriately. We shall explain:

As a youth our dearest Carolyn thought of herself as an athlete; this being where she excelled and gained standing and admiration. As our dearest matured into adulthood, and with the advent of a child, her daughter, she thought of herself as a good mother, albeit a turbulent period in her life. Then came the purpose for which her soul entered the Earth fantasy. With this change came security in the form of friendship and comradery with like minded souls.

As you can appreciate from this short synopsis, the understanding one has in regard one’s own answer to the question – ‘who am I?’, will change according to the life lived.

Can we say, dearest, that appreciating the understanding gleaned from this introspection, is of value?

Yes, I believe we can say that.

In what manner, dearest?

Without this introspective analysis, and there have been times in my life when I haven’t had an appreciation of my status, so to speak; I have been as flotsam and jetsam afloat without a rudder.

Well said, dearest. And this is the purpose of our writing. Indeed, without an appreciation of one’s own standing, or lack of it; there is little by which to gauge the direction of one’s life.

Can you say, dearest, that you appreciate who you are, together with the projection expected from this knowledge?

Yes, I can absolutely and unequivocally say I appreciate the expected projection of my life because of this introspection.

Can you say, dearest, that you are happy and content with this knowledge?

Yes, I can say that I am happy and content with this knowledge. It wasn’t until my early thirties, when I became cognizant of my spiritual life, that I began to feel that, at last, my life had true purpose. It was then that my life started to make sense and take shape, so to speak.

It ‘took shape’, dearest?

Yes; by that I mean:  Until my purpose in life stared me in the face, that being a life intermingling, as it were, with spirit; I had no definite direction or balance to centre me.

You are saying, dearest, that your purpose in life, once known, brought direction and balance to your life.

Yes, this is absolutely what it is I am saying.

Many Blessings, Dearest. Many Blessings to All

  1. Charlee: “Direction and balance are things we cats have in spades.”
    Chaplin: “Yep!”
Charlee: “Lulu, on the other hand, can hardly walk along the top of the cement wall outside without falling off.”
Lulu: “Hey, it’s got a curve to it, it’s tricky.”
    Chaplin: “Uh-huh.”

    1. There you go again, lovelies, sharing your excellence with us mere mortals. However, Lulu, being more like us, has trouble negotiating those curve balls of life. She, and us, need your compassion, your expertise as to how to be more flexible, more energetic, more able to leap tall buildings (and things) with a single bound, more trendy with our outer clothing…
Oh, well, perhaps that last one doesn’t count. But, why oh why have you got not only inner fabulousness, but also the coolest outer ‘colour scheme’ too!?
Ah well, guess when you’ve got it in ‘spades’, you’ve got it in spades…..
      xoxoxo
