You have a cold, dearest?
Yes, I do. I believe I have a head cold.
A head cold, dearest?
Yes, I have the sniffles and sneezes!
Indeed, dearest, you do. This is part of being human. Is it not?
Are you referring to being infected with viruses, and the like?
Indeed we are. They too have a part to play in the game. Do they not?
Yes, I do believe they do. You once advised that to keep clean and keep our surroundings clean, particularly by vacuuming, will prevent germs (microorganisms) from doing what it is they are geared to do.
Indeed dearest; everything has a purpose. Yes?
That is what you have advised me over the years; yes. I also believe that every happening has a purpose too.
In what way, dearest?
For instance; my being ‘under the weather’ just now. There are a number of happenings meant to occur over the next two weeks. However, I have been unsure as to whether or not I ought to engage within them. Being in this physical state will prevent me from exposing myself to a couple of situations that, possibly, are not right for me.
Well said, dearest. Yes, this is often the case. To prevent an exposure that may hinder your progress we often place you into conditions to prevent such actions occurring. This is not always welcomed. However, your well being is our priority.
This rings true for me, and I appreciate this reasoning, which allows me to surrender to such occasions with peace of mind.
We know this to be true for you, dearest.
Many Blessings, dearest.
Many Blessings to All

Take care and enjoy the respite from those things that were looming!
Yes I will, thank you, Dorothy!
Already I’ve enjoyed the sleep-ins of the past couple of days – missed one appointment I didn’t think was right for me, and am enjoying the rain that makes staying at home a pleasure!
Hahah… Life is good – the housework will wait. 😂

It is amazing what extents the Universe will go to to enable us to just stop and rest!
It is, Dorothy, so true!❤️
And, I truly am enjoying the rest – except for the sniffles and sneezes that is…
There was a period in my life when I was burning the candle at both ends and the middle as well, stretched to the maximum and I didn’t even realize how stressed I was. I went out in the early spring garden to do a bit of weeding. It wasn’t hot yet, and I wasn’t out that long. But I got a horrific sunburn on both arms, to the point I had to stay reclined with my arms, propped on pillows, raised higher than my heart. It was an entire week before I could go back to work and I found myself after the first day, truly relaxing into my immobilization. The Universe knew I needed to just stop!
I’m smiling, Dorothy, as I read and remember such times. The peace of mind, during such periods, is quite sublime!

Take care Carolyn ❤️.
Thank you, Anjali. 💕
I’m sleeping a lot… and enjoying being quiet and still. Keith keeps offering me cups of tea, and brought home a favourite coffee from our local café. Last night he ‘cooked’ – which is his way of ordering a pizza! I thoroughly enjoyed it and am wondering what surprise is in store for me tonight… Hahah…

Charlee: “We cats are lucky! We don’t have to feel under the weather to avoid doing things we don’t want to do.”
Chaplin: “Yeah, we just have to be cats!”
Oh you guys! It’s true! Being a cat is its own reward… 😻

Wishing you all the best xx A head cold is not fun – But hopefully you will be skating again soon 😀
Hi Christy,
I’m over the cold, which was indeed ‘not’ fun. I can’t remember when last I sneezed and sniffled as much as I did – my little nose was quite red.. 🙂
As for the skating, that’s the daughter, Veronica’s most favourite pastime. I am definitely a feet on the ground, dance lover! haha
But I get your drift. And just as soon as Keith’s knee heals we will be back to the floor with a vengeance, so to speak.
