A Change of Eating Pattern

We advised our dearest this day to eat, at least, two salmon meals per week; indeed we did. And why did we advise our dearest to eat, at least, two salmon meals per week?

We advised our dearest of this due to the deficiencies of her diet. That is right, Dear Ones. Our dearest has been compliant with our past advice regarding her diet. However, the diet based on vegetarian/vegan properties was not sustaining our dearest in the wholeness of nutrition.

Therefore, our request that she add salmon to her diet, twice or more weekly, will add the nutrition currently missing.

This added nutrition to her diet is also added due to her weekly demanding schedule. Yes, Dear Ones, our dearest has added Pole Dancing to her ever increasing physical demands upon her body. Aligned to this, Dear Hearts, is the extra mental strength needed to learn and continue to progress along the age reversal, or backwards aging.

Indeed, to maintain backwards aging there is the need for ultra nutrition coupled with the sincere desire to be free of fear.

      I understand, Chaplin, I really do. And so do Pebble and Beau who also enjoyed my salmon meal.

      First it was the aroma that captured their attention. Then it was the ‘taste’ of a morsel or two that brought smiles to their little faces!

      I don’t think they’ll ever be the same again!
