The Collective Consciousness (The C.C.) advised me early last year (2019) that I would be returning to vegetarian eating. They also advised that my man Keith would also, in time, become vegetarian. I must say I was quite delighted by this advice because I had very much enjoyed eating this way during the 90s and early noughties.
One of the concerns I had, and one I believe many share, is a myth that I would love to debunk regarding ‘getting sufficient protein’ whilst eating a vegetarian or vegan eating plan. The following, and many of Dr Greger’s videos have totally put my mind to rest. Indeed, whenever I feel a concern coming on I venture to his website and inevitably find an article or video with all the information needed to assuage my unease. The following is one such video.

Yes indeed, Dear Ones, our dearest Carolyn is a non-believer. That is to say, Dear Hearts, our dearest Carolyn needs proof. This is as we have arranged our dearest to be. She has needed to be of this personality type, because, Dear Ones, hers has been a journey unlike any other.
We, The Collective Consciousness, have dutifully fulfilled our arrangement to bring the new age into consciousness by way of our dearest. Were she to be of a less than sceptical mind we could not have the success intended.
As our dearest has written above; it was during early 2019 we advised our dearest of the intention to forego meat. This she has done, and our Dear Heart Keith, for the most part, is now enjoying the vegan diet as well. However, Dear Hearts, there were multiple reasons for this change of diet.
We have advised, in past posts, regarding the new age for the Earth Fantasy as being one of ‘no harm’. To this end there must come a cessation of meat upon the table; this being one aspect of the new fantasy.
This, we envisage, will take decades to become a reality. However, Dear Ones, many are joining the band of merry non meat eating individuals enjoying the pleasures this type of eating brings; not only to the body, Dear Hearts, but also to the mind.
Many Blessings to All

I am Vegetarian since Birth. Thank you for sharing this article. Love and hugs Anjali ❤
You are so fortunate, Anjali. Most of us in Australia (and many countries) have known only meat as the main staple for our table.
When I visited India during the 90s (when I was vegetarian) I absolutely loved the vegetarian food. In fact, I believe I’ve mentioned to you already that I could have stayed there forever; the lifestyle suited me very much…
Hugs and Kisses to you ❤️

I understand what you are saying, I love vegetarian food made by my mom. Please do visit again. India is much developed now compare to 90’s. Love and hugs ❤
I’d love to revisit, Anjali… Here’s hoping

We will wait ❤
I love this guy …Dr Gregers. I could not get enough of the info & really simple explanations and clear and concise videos. THANK YOU CCC.
Our pleasure, Dear One.
Confusion of mind is the cause of much ill health. When truth is known, the mind rests, adjusts, and is in position to live earnestly, concisely and joyfully.
Many Blessings Dear One
Delicious
Haha… Luke
I’m loving it! 😀

😁👍🏻
I learn something every time I stop by….
Hahah, Rebecca, that is the way I feel about your posts – I either learn something, or I am reminded of a delight from times past. Either way it’s a joy!

Great post, Carolyn
Thank You, Leyla.
I am such a sceptic; everything needs to be proven to me; and this video (and voices such as this) are making a lot of sense to me.
Lovely to see you… 🙂

Great post ! I do love your way of thinking ! (And i’d like to go to India too)
I was vegetarian when I was 20… then I moved to another mood and now since 8 or 9 years i came back to it.
I do hope you get to visit India one day; it truly is quite magical in so many ways!
I absolutely love being vegetarian/vegan once again. It is quite strange that, as a meat eater I didn’t enjoy cooking as much as I love cooking veggie meals – there is so much variety available. And I use herbs and spices so much more this way…. Yum! 🙂

Hey! I’m vegan and the protein myth used to scare me as well. I’ve been vegan for 2 years. My blood test this year showed that i am not protein deficient. Good luck to you!
Thank You so much for commenting; I really do appreciate your message.
Yes, there truly is a misconception about this aspect of the vegan diet. I know I was sceptical for some time and needed proof. I also have investigated those things that are needed; such as – Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 and, in my case I’ve chosen to take Algal Oil to ensure the Omega 3s (EPA & DHA) are completely covered.
I’m also making ‘Kimchi’, which I love, to ensure K2 is covered.
The vegan diet, I’m realising, is so varied in its ingredients. I’m truly having such fun cooking up a storm! 🙂
I’m so glad you’re having fun! You reminded me that I need to get a Vitamin D supplement. That is the only deficiency I have. My mother in law and husband had me terrified that my kids were going to be deficient as well. They have had their blood tested twice and showed zero deficiencies.
That must have been such a hard internal battle for you. Good for you that you followed your belief.
I’m loving that so many mums are aware, these days, of the benefits associated with whole plant food eating; their children will also benefit so greatly – along with our beautiful planet… Well done you!

I’m really happy people are moving towards becoming vegetarian and vegan.
Cheers to a better world!
Yes, Shriya, it is very encouraging.
Personally, it is wonderful to be eating as a vegan. I am thoroughly enjoying my new found freedom!
