Molecular Changes Needed to Backwards Age

Our dearest has begun yet another phase of Backwards Aging; yes indeed she has.

It has been a long time coming. Has it not, dearest? We speak of a physical Backwards Aging phase that all will undergo as they transition from an ‘older age’ to the desired agreed upon age of twenty-seven.

For our dearest to achieve the agreed upon age there is a need for the body to Backwards Age in the form of a radical change; a molecular change, Dear Ones. This will be achieved by working the body in the form of exercise. The exercise suitable for our dearest is in the form of dance. Yes, Dear Hearts, each will find the perfect form of exercise by which to alter the molecular structure of their cells; thereby creating Backwards Aging from the inside out, so to speak.

The ‘Latin’ form of dance has eluded our dearest since taking up the pleasure of dance. However, recently our dearest and her life partner Keith attended their first Latin technique class; a cha-cha-cha technique class to be precise. Did our dearest enjoy this technique class, Dear Ones? Indeed she did; and looks forward to many more.

We have advised our dearest that, over time, she will gain much by way of instruction. This has had the overwhelming support of our dearest; a joy our dearest agrees to spontaneously.

And this we say to all:

Do not doubt the many rewards available to those of you who earnestly seek to Backwards Age. Many joys, specifically geared, will be evidenced in the process of attaining that which you seek. Many Blessings will be yours.

    1. Hi Helen, it’s so good to see you! ❤
It's been a rather frustrating time for me the past number of years – the Latin rhythms have just not been 'available' to us; per se. Now I'm so looking forward to learning and practising!
A great form of exercise for me… 🙂

    1. It certainly is, Megala. I have never thought of dance as an exercise, as such. And this is the best form of exercise; as you’ve said. We are both now looking forward to learning the Latin style of dance. We currently enjoy Australian New Vogue dancing and the Ballroom Standard dances – Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz.
Here’s a little video of our Australian New Vogue that Keith and I used to dance in competition. A most enjoyable ‘exercise’ indeed. 🙂

    1. We loved our time competing, Megala. Now we dance this style and the Ballroom Standards in our weekly social dance. It is great fun..
The ‘Latin’ style is also danced at our socials, however, we haven’t always joined in. Now, with some lessons and practise, we’ll be having twice as much fun – and exercise.. 🙂

    1. Our journeys aren’t that dissimilar, Harlon; we are currently our greatest priority!
Only this morning, whilst chatting with my beautiful daughter, I was advised to make myself number one on my priority card.
There are moments in life when our direction is outward; other moments when our best interests are geared ‘within’. And this is true for us both, presently.

Yes indeed, Dear Heart. We advise the same for you as we have, this day, to our dearest, Carolyn. Take advantage of this ‘inward’ time. As our dearest has said; moments come and go, Dear One. The opportunity comes but once. If not heeded, it is lost.
      Many Blessings to you

  1. Hi Carolyn, how are you doing, this is indeed a good way to excercise with joy of going backwards with age and enjoying the tapping at the beautiful beats…. I’m happy for you….

I did get your msg a few days back, but didn’t know what to reply, as I’m going through a difficult phase of life. Trying to cope up with my daily chores….. feels like life is come to stand still…. However it still keeps me going…..

Hope everything well at your end…. Take care and have a nice time with your Latin rhythms ☺

    1. Hi Steve, it’s really good to hear from you. Yes, I’ve been wondering about you of late. I’m sorry to hear of this ‘difficult phase’; we all have them now and then. I’d like to encourage you to ‘keep on keeping on’; difficult times eventually come to an end.
Thank You for your kind words; and do let me hear from you when you can. 🙂

  2. Charlee: “Our Dada says that for years he and mama mostly only did Latin because that was what Mama liked the best.”
Chaplin: “But then Dada went to a tango group class and came back and told Mama it was time to learn tango.”
Charlee: “Now they do a little bit of everything, just like those everything bagels, I guess!”
Chaplin: “What do bagels have to do with dancing?”
Charlee: “Duh. The more bagels you eat, the more you have to dance to work them off.”
    Chaplin: “Oh, of course.”

    1. I love your reasoning, Chaplin, regarding the bagels, and I can only agree with you. I have actually experienced this for myself – my appetite has increased exponentially!
I’ve got to go now. I’ve got to ‘work off’ these extra bagels!
      Hip swivels here I come… 🙂

    1. “I do believe we are dancing!”
As we move gracefully across the floor enjoying a Foxtrot! Or, swiveling our hips to and fro in a Samba! Or, with camera in hand, taking snaps of artistic creativity in streetscapes…
      We ARE dancing! 🙂
