Sugar – Not at all Sweet – Including Sugar Alternatives

I Love This Man! His mission to rid the world of a diet that is slowing killing us fills my heart with song.

Below the ‘short video’ that follows is a copy of a post we, The C.C. and I, published back in 2018. In it we discussed the dangers of sugar in our diet.

Sugar – Not at all Sweet!

Our dearest wishes to explore the relevance of removing sugar from the diet; yes indeed she does.

We salute you, dearest, for continuing to locate the realities of life utilising the best diet possible.

Sugar has become, for most, the bane of their existence. This may be a known value, though most will not be cognizant of this reality. Indeed, Dear Ones, they, most, will continue to suffer ill-health not knowing the reason why.

Yes, this is a bold statement. Our dearest has suggested this to us as we speak.

Yes indeed, dearest; this is most certainly a bold statement. However, dearest, it is also a true statement.

To continue Dear Ones:  Sugar remains the substance that causes the most harm to the body structures, including the brain. Remove this substance and the entire structure benefits. Is this not true, dearest?

Our dearest agrees, Dear Hearts. And why is this substance abhorrent to the bodily structures?

This is true, Dear Ones, it, sugar, the refined white sugar is without a nutritional benefit. It is bereft of nutritional benefit. It clogs the pores, so to speak, of your innards. It refuses to budge. It binds to the structures of your cells clogging and preventing oxygenation to have its way. Yes indeed, Dear Ones, oxygenation cleanses. Without this cleansing system what do you have? That is right, Dear Ones; you have a system of pungent, putrid pooling of waste; you get the picture.

Our dearest wonders why we have used the definition of ‘refined white’ sugar.

We have used this definition, dearest, because many sugars have some nutritional benefit. However, dearest, we hasten to add:  No sugar, refined or not, has an ultimate positive reaction upon the body’s structures. There is always a deficit in the negative; you understand.

    1. It can be quite disappointing to see young mums, especially, feeding their children sugar laden foods. Many young adults now suffer diseases such as diabetes and heart related problems, amongst others, well before years past; due to poor eating habits.
Pooja, then there are individuals, like yourself, who foster good knowledge and the means to create a better outcome incorporating good health. 🤗

    1. Or a Kiwi Fruit…
Dorothy, I’ve discovered the kiwi fruit lately – to be eaten skin and all. I’m advised it’s a ten out of ten if eaten this way.

Our dearest is overburdened with concern for others. However, her voice is being heard along with many now using their status as researches to announce their truths; Dr Bryan being a formidable advocate of truth. It is with pleasure we see many accepting the new and trusted research. Many blessings Dear One.

        1. I am just about to have one now after the first meal of the day – Salad with lots of dark leafy greens with two mushroom and quinoa patties. Not the typical breakfast, but a loved one. I don’t mind the skin. I even, secretly, enjoy it… 😋

    1. Thanks Denise… Your comments are always so welcome. I believe we need to keep spreading the news about matters of importance – and this is certainly one of those.

Our youth, our future depends upon so many problems of today being solved. Good health is paramount.

Let’s keep ‘spreading the good news’… yours and mine…

  1. Lulu: “Our Dada says he has never encountered a sugar substitute he doesn’t despise for its taste or its aftertaste or its questionable chemical structure or all three, but at least he uses honey or coconut sugar or unrefined sucanat instead of white sugar for most things.”
Java Bean: “Ayyy, but what about his weekend ice cream?”
    Lulu: “Shhhhh.”

    1. We are sorry to hear of your sugar substitute, Dear One. As we have written within our post, there is not one sugar substitute that offers any value, except within the negative.

We know that this is not what you want to hear. Our dearest joins with you in this regard. It would be wondrous were there to be a sweet alternative full of nutrition with the added bonus of a positive reaction within. Alas, Dear One, this is not the reality that needs recognition.

      Many Blessings

I’m far from perfect on that scale too. Even last night’s curry, which was fabulous, had 3.5g of sugar in the Thai Curry Paste I used. Note to me: I’ll have to try making a homemade paste for the next Thai curry that doesn’t include sugar or a sugar substitute. Life just isn’t fair!!!

If someone knows of a Thai-like curry paste that doesn’t contain sugar (in all its forms) I’d be so grateful.

      Lulu – Can you help?
