David Sinclair and the Future of Backwards Ageing

We are about to enter a new beginning, dearest; indeed we are. We have, over the years, spoken of backwards ageing. Yes?

Yes, this is true.

And what, in a nutshell, dearest, have we typically said.

We have spoken about how our work toward freeing ourselves of fear instigates backwards ageing. There is also the need to eat a healthy diet, as much as is possible, exercise to suit our body’s health condition, and also to enjoy the company of others in a social sense for our need of mental stimulation and emotional stability.

And are you engaging in those activities?

Yes, I am.

And, dearest, are you enjoying backwards ageing?

Yes, I am enjoying backwards ageing.

And why is this, dearest.

Backwards ageing allows me to do so much more than I would otherwise be capable.

Such as, dearest?

Keith and I are currently enjoying dancing once or twice weekly with our social dancing friends. It’s lovely to be able to do this. I know, because of backwards ageing we are still able to move with great energy on the dance floor. I say this in particular because when I turned sixty my body began to experience some aches and pains. I found lying in bed difficult, at times; it wasn’t always easy to find a comfortable position. Now, at seventy six (ten years after consciously beginning the backwards ageing process) this is not an issue, and hasn’t been an issue for some years.

Recently, some months back, I took up strength training; something I always wanted to do, but, didn’t have the commitment or desire to continue. Today I thoroughly enjoy the greater strength I have and know that backwards ageing is responsible for this. I currently lift weights twice weekly, and move my body in various ways during the other days of the week, movement such as – dance, walking, yoga and stretching. I know these activities would, without backwards ageing, be impossible to do at the level of intensity I perform them.

You are saying, dearest, that backwards ageing is responsible for your greater enjoyment of life?

Yes, absolutely I am.

We are in agreement. You wanted to talk about the Harvard University Professor, David Sinclair?

Yes, I did. However I believe I’ll leave that conversation for another post – this post is quite long enough…

Shall we mention that David Sinclair’s work represents backwards ageing, longer healthy life and lifestyle, dearest; to keep our readers ‘in the loop’?

Yes, this would be a good idea. I’ve been following his work since you first inspired me to do so. His scientific research is bearing out your premise of backwards ageing; as is the work of a number of researchers. It is absolutely fascinating to me. We have, upon our website, your advice that twenty seven would be the age that we humans would ultimately remain in ‘biologically‘, in time to come. He, plus others, are now talking about this as becoming scientific truth for humans in the future. They haven’t specified twenty seven as being the age cut off point. Predictions are, however, that we will reach an age where ageing will cease. The predictions, currently, are more in line with the early thirties as being this age. Utterly fascinating, and worthy of my time and energy to keep abreast of.

Indeed so, dearest. Many Blessings to All
