Episode 57 – The Importance of Remembering Who We Are

You exercised this morning, dearest.

Yes; I exercise most mornings.

However, dearest, this morning’s exercise was a little different to the norm. Yes?

I felt inspired to re-visit a beautiful Australian Pilates instructor.

And how did you fare?

I’m quite chuffed, I must say.

And why is this, dearest?

I hadn’t visited with her videos for a few years and was quite surprised by the difference.

The difference, dearest?

When I last exercised along with Nicole I found many of the exercises beyond my strength. However, this morning I was able to perform at a much greater ability. I do appreciate that, because of the backwards ageing I continue to undergo, my body continues to gain in strength, and flexibility.

And this surprises you, dearest?

Part of me is surprised – the ‘human’ aspect of me that knows this constant progression is, well, not the norm

The spiritual aspect of me, that is in contact with you, dear C.C., however, understands and fully appreciates that, indeed, this is the norm; and I am quite contented with this knowing.

Indeed, dearest, as you say. Backwards ageing is the norm for you, dearest; and for those who follow the teachings as we have outlined.

And would you say that this has been a difficult regime to follow?

It has been difficult, in a sense. I have found that I have had to remain mindful, at all times.

Mindful, dearest?

It could be very easy, in the hustle and bustle of living, to forget the premise for our reason for being within the Earth Fantasy. Remembering who I am and why I am here is something I purposely do; especially at times when there is so much turmoil in the world.

Yes indeed, dearest. It is especially important, as you’ve said, to remember who you are and why you are here. To forget would be to bring harm; yes dearest. And by extension, bring harm to others.

It is by accepting the truth of your being that protects you from the various instabilities occurring throughout The Fantasy.

Many Blessings, dearest. Many Blessings to All

    1. I’d forgotten, Dorothy, how much Pilates equates to the core muscles. This morning I’ve woken with sore abs – not complaining!
Call me a masochist :) Some pain can be slightly pleasant… Hahah 😎🤣😀

        1. Hahah.. :D
I’m quite excited to hear that you are strength training.. I started just a few months back (at the end of dancing practice) with a few dumbbells and little knowledge. I found some great workouts with a great gal – Kaleigh Cohen – and have been working out with her videos on youtube. She’s a no nonsense straight talker with an interest in functional strength training – just what I wanted…
          How about you?

          1. I went to a gym religiously for years at our old house, the inn, a necessary part of my day that was otherwise filled with doing for others. I took some strength and functional fitness classes, and got used to both the dumbbells and the gym machines. I do the dumbbells now, along with things like squats and modified push up and sit ups.
Still hate it, but it is important to keep strong!

            1. Couldn’t agree more! I’m loving feeling and being stronger.
Probably, because it is all new to me, I am revelling in doing the weights. I’d love to go to a gym, but don’t think that’s in my cards.
I now see the need to mix it up with Pilates and/or Yoga, which I’ve done throughout my life – I’ll be thinking of you as I lift…
