We have been silent for a time, Dear Ones. In our last communique we wrote about the need to remove our dearest from the lack of appreciation she was suffering, giving her the time needed to contemplate her life position.
Yes, Dear Ones, this ‘lack of appreciation’ was taking its toll upon our dearest. This position was not consciously understood by our dearest. However, in the past number of weeks it has become a fait accompli. That is: Our dearest now understands the state of nonappreciation, and also how to avoid it.
Our ‘Thought for Today’ readings have been up taken by our dearest. Indeed, as we have been inspiring her to read and reread a particular few, our dearest has remarked.
“Ah, it would seem we wrote them particularly for me.”
However, Dear Ones, this is not, nor ever was the case. No, the readings inherent within the ‘Thought for Today’ post were intended as a means of assisting all, when in need.
As for today, Dear Ones, our dearest is enjoying life in a vastly different format, so to speak. Her ‘thoughts’ are now within the value of 90/10. And what is meant by this?
We speak of a reading our dearest transcribed many years past. What was true then, remains true today.
We all have need to give 90% of our care, our time, our love; to ourselves. The remaining 10% we can share with others. If this balance is not adhered to, there will be imbalance. This leads to the state our dearest found herself suffering – the state of being unappreciated, with the ensuing characteristics inherent within. And what are those characteristics?
The characteristics inherent within this particular imbalance include:
A life of being expected to remain a source of energy for others to enjoy, whilst the life draining effects of such a position cause depletion, unhappiness; and ultimate decline of joy for all.
Therefore, Dear Ones, should you be one who chooses to give more than 10% of your life force to others you too could be suffering the deleterious effects mentioned.

We seldom take enough time for ourselves; it is a good reminder.
Guilty as charged, Dorothy! However, the last little while has seen a 180 degree turnabout.
I do believe I’ll write a post about the changes; there have been many.
Almost every time I’ve spoken with Vron (the daughter) lately, I’ve remarked. “Have I mentioned how much I’m enjoying my life?”
We both laugh… It’s quite wonderful..
