Poodle (Toy) (Listen while you read)
I do need love, and care, and someone to share my life.
(I’m not a strong little puppy. No, I’m not a strong little puppy; I’ll have you know.
I do feel sometimes that I missed out on some inner strength. Yes, I do.
I feel that someone got my share of that quality that makes one strong and resilient and happy.
Oh, not that I’m unhappy. No, just that I know I need the love and care of others to feel strong.
I wish this weren’t so. I wish I had enough strength myself to cope with all of the things that the world throws at me; but I don’t. No, I don’t.
Many a time I will feel the earth revolving, you know! Yes, I will feel the earth revolving and I wish, sometimes I wish that I could jump off.
Yeah, I know; sad isn’t it!
And when I wish for this I do try to remember to be grateful for everything that I have; but, it doesn’t always work, you know.

I sometimes wish that all reflections were ‘light’ and ‘uplifting’ however: I can only post them as they come to me. My hope is that those that they are intended for will accept them in the purest way possible… and hopefully, gain some deeper understanding for themselves… There’s so much for us to learn… 😉
