Today we should like to discuss the following:
How do we cope when our coping mechanisms are compromised?
By this we mean, Dear Ones; were we to try to live life during a time of challenge in the same way we would normally, we could find ourselves up the creek without a paddle, as the saying goes.
To put this more succinctly:
When life’s challenges compromise our ability; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually it is best to remain within the confines of tranquillity and allow the challenge, to our otherwise healthy state, to take its time to resolve.
This is not an easy state of mind. The mind, Dear Ones, will always want to be in control. However, patience is indeed a virtue. Wait in the reassurance of tranquillity until the time for action is once again available.
Until then, Dear Ones, as we have said: Wait with patience. The time for action will present itself volubly when its time comes.
Many Blessings, Dear Ones. Many Blessings to All

Sometimes, it’s very hard.
So hard, Dorothy; to be sure!
I’ve personally come across a number of challenges of late, and so too for those close to me. It was rather wonderful when The C.C. inspired me to write/transcribe this post. Remaining calm, I’ve found, is one of the hardest challenges I’ve had to face throughout my life. The mind wants to ‘fix’ everything. Waiting and accepting what is, is truly a difficult thing to do.

this is very interesting….challenges could be hard sometimes.
Yes they are hard sometimes; I agree.
The challenge to remain calm has been, for me, one of the greatest challenges of life. I keep trying, and I believe, with practice I’ve improved. But, it’s not an easy thing to do, nor is it a very comfortable state to be in. We just have to do our best, and know that ‘things’ will be as they are meant to be.
Acceptance is always the key, I’ve found… Not always easy!
